SPR# RMAS82HKUP - In order to process large UNK tables, API developers need to use NSFDbItemDefTableExt() instead of NSFDbItemDefTable(). In this fix, we update the CAPI documentation for "NSFDbItemDefTable()" and "NSFDbItemDefTableExt()" to document this.
